Separate the costs
Allow separately for the Palais des Glaces, selected activities on Place Pie, food and travel. Driving may add parking charges, while train travel may include an onward connection. For rides, agreeing on a number of activities per child or a spending allowance can be easier to manage than one overall budget.
Check what a ticket covers
When booking opens, check age categories, any timed entry and the activities included in the price. Do not assume admission to one venue covers attractions at the other. Only include a discount, free admission or family deal in your calculation if it is explicitly offered in the official booking conditions.
