Arranging coach travel to Avignon en fête
Do not assume the event squares can be used as coach drop-off points. A coach needs an appropriate route and stopping place, checked before the trip.

Coordinate the driver and event team
Give the coach company your venues, passenger numbers and proposed timings. Ask them to check traffic arrangements, permitted drop-off and vehicle parking. Separately, ask the event team where the group should meet and how to get there after leaving the coach.
Make the return meeting point clear
Give accompanying adults a written meeting point and a gathering time before the actual departure time. Keep a phone contact between the group leader and transport company. If you visit both squares, decide which one you will leave from to rejoin the coach. This page does not confirm any dedicated event coach parking.
